4. Cloud Storage and Data Handling
The App stores photos and videos in secure cloud storage. While we take reasonable measures to protect your data:
- We cannot guarantee absolute security.
- You acknowledge that storing data in the cloud carries inherent risks.
- You are responsible for maintaining backups of your content.
We may impose storage limits or delete content after periods of inactivity, with notice where required.
5. Ownership of Content
- You retain ownership of the photos and videos you create.
- By uploading content, you grant us a non‑exclusive, worldwide, royalty‑free license to store, process, and transmit your content solely for the purpose of operating the App.
- We do not claim ownership of your media.
6. No Liability for User Misconduct
You acknowledge and agree that:
- We are not liable for any misuse, misrepresentation, or unlawful activity committed by users of the App.
- Users are solely responsible for how they capture, share, or distribute photos and videos.
- We do not monitor all content and cannot guarantee that users will comply with these Terms.
If you believe someone is misusing the App, please notify us immediately.
7. Account Suspension or Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:
- You violate these Terms.
- Your content is reported and found to be inappropriate.
- You engage in harmful or malicious behavior.
We may also remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

- The security of user-generated content.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including loss of data, unauthorized access, or misuse by other users.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the App is to discontinue use.
