This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a binding legal contract between Kalabaw Labs LLC ("Company", "we", or "us"), developer of Snap-Cast and you ("User" or "you"), governing your use of the Snap-Cast mobile application ("Application"). By accessing the Application, you accept these terms.
1. License Grant
The company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
2. Restrictions
You may not:
- Reverse engineer, modify, or distribute the app.
- Use the app for illegal, harmful, or malicious purposes.
- Interfere with the app's functionality or security.
3. Ownership
All intellectual property rights in Snap-Cast belong to the app provider. You receive no ownership rights by using the app.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your photos and videos. By uploading content, you grant Snap-Cast a limited license to store and process it for app functionality.
5. Termination
The company may suspend or terminate your access if you violate this EULA or applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Use is at your own risk.
7. Limitation of Liability
The company is not liable for damages arising from app use, including data loss, misuse by others, or unauthorized access.
8. Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of California, without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law.
